I don't understand your question.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
If necessary
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
I guess, you'll have to contact Apple ID Support, only they can look into your personal settings, to solve that.

Why then doesn’t it work and because of that I can’t turn on my iMessage and FaceTime
Have you checked Settings/Your Name and Settings/Messages to make sure the same Apple ID shows in both places?
I’m in Ghana I tried hard can’t get them in contact.That is what brought me here I even thought Apple support was to reply to my question
