Cancellation of in-app purchase

Hi ! I don`t know what i need to do to cancel in-app purchase in Apple ID. Earlier I bought the subscription of app "LinguaLeo" but my money wasn`t being used for 2 days and I decided I don`t wanna continue membership. Also I deleted my profile but messages from bank is being sending to me.
