My apple pay is -700. I dont know what to do
My account was hacked and being used in a diffrent state. I went to wells fargo and told them about my situation. My account is still negative and I don't know what to do.

If you contacted Wells Fargo then that is all you can do and you should report it to the police that your identity was stolen. If you are talking about Apple Cash then that is something different.
