Hi Papa2021,

We understand you're trying to share data amongst multiple devices. We're happy to help.

You can share data by using iCloud. If you're not already, sign in to iCloud with the same Apple ID on each device.

Sign in with your Apple ID

Once you're signed in, on each device you can navigate to Settings > your name at the top > iCloud, and turn on the Contacts, and Calendars options to save the items to iCloud.

Change your iCloud feature settings

For Messages, you'll just want to sign in to the same Apple ID account in the message settings on each device. Just navigate to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive.

For Mail, if it is an Apple email account (one ending in @iCloud, @me, or @mac) just navigate to Settings > your name at the top > iCloud, and turn on the Mail option. If it's a third-party email account, just go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Accounts, and enter your login information on each device.

Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

We hope this helps. Take care!
