battery health going down very quickly
i bought my iPhone on march 2020 and the battery health is now 93%. It's been less than a year and the battery is not working properly

What you are seeing it not unusual. Apple does not consider a battery to be defective unless it cannot hold, at least, an 80% charge after 500 full recharging cycles.
