Icloud upload is slow

Hi, I have several small videos that are supposed to be being uploaded to Icloud but after 4 days nothing is changing. If I have it connected to power or not does nothing and it keeps pausing upload.

Have you ensured the device is plugged in to power, connected to WiFi, and locked?

iCloud video files won't finish uploading I noticed recently that I have approximately 15 out of 45 QT videos in my iCloud account that have the uploading cloud symbol. Those that are still uploading are not accessible on all devices. I don't know what to do to fix this. All videos were uploaded to iCloud several years ago. I tried logging into iCloud through the website and uploading and the webpage kept timing out. The QT video I was testing is about 4 GB. Any suggestions on what else I could try or what is going on?

iCloud downloads are super slow whenever i try to download a photo or video from iCloud to edit it or se d ir it takes forever, a 13 seconds video took over 15 minutes to download, I’m connected to a very fast wifi connection and the problem happens on my iPad too. I tried downloading a similar video with the same iPhone but from google drive and it downloaded in seconds while downloading from iCloud takes forever

mp4 upload to icloud Trying to upload MP4 files to icloud, but cant. Not getting an error message, it just stalls at "uploading" and never completes the upload... Anyone know why this is happening?
