What claim? More information would help.
I was being charged twice a month for AppleCare and I called to report being double charged. They said the would correct the mistake and refund me. Then I received an email telling me to click on the “report a problem “link and then click at the top right of the place “Check status of claim “ Which doesn’t seem to exist
