I just purchased a new in box iPhone 11 in November and I have not used this feature until recently. But I cannot use the keypad while in a call. For example; when making selections on a language choice, I cannot do this as the key pad does not respond. How can I fix this?

We see your keyboard stops function during calls. Are you using any screen protectors or cases? What is the iOS version on the device? If you're not sure, you can find that under Settings > General > About. Be sure to Restart your iPhone.

Thank you the reset worked. I have a tempered glass screen protector. And I have my iOS up to date. Just in cases anyone wanted to know. :)
