Apple Watch 5 not recording exercise
My Apple Watch Series 5 does not record workout accurately at all. Is this a known issue and is there anything to do about it?

You should recalibrate your Apple Watch for improved accuracy using these steps:

The Exercise Ring also advances each minute one of the following is true:
Pace is lower than 18'10"/MI (11’29"/km) e.g. Outdoor Walk, Outdoor Run
Speed is higher than 9.5 mph (15.5 km/h) e.g. Outdoor Cycling

You may want to tighten your Apple Watch band for workouts, then loosen it when you’re done.
and that all your personal information (Height, weight, age, sex etc) is up to date in the health app.
