AirPod pros not connecting

My AirPod pros wont connect to my phone, they won’t even pop up on my screen when I open them and it’s not just my phone I tried it on different phones and even tried to hard reset it nothing is working

my airpod pro couldn't connect to my iphone even when I reset it. At first was my right side of my airpod pro couldn't connect to my phone (left side works fine). I followed the steps of reconnecting airpod, didnt work out. Then I reset my airpod, still didn't work out. I put it close to my phone but there's nothing showing on the screen.
