Watch app

I have an iPhone 11, the watch app disappeared and he’s gone from my phone. I googled on how to put it back on I tried everything that was suggested to me. But when I go to the App Store and type in watch the Apple Watch icon comes up but all it says is open it will not give me the opportunity to reinstall it, how do I do

Swipe all the way to the left and see if the app is in your app library on your phone.
