Zebra Printer Install - Problems with CUPS v2.3.4 "Web Interface is disabled" - Big Sur

Need it install Zebra Thermal Printer running on Big Sur. Must go into CUPS v2.3.4 and need the Administration tab. This is not enabled and gives the message:

Web Interface is Disabled

The web interface is currently disabled. Run “cupsctl WebInterface=yes” to enable it.

So I go to terminal. I get a strange command line and enter: cupsctl WebInterface=yes

Nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? I think there is something wrong with my terminal application. It looks strange to me and has the "%" symbol in it.

I tried the suggested command. And I tried the SUDO prefaced command. The in tried logging in as the "root" and doing it there... and it also fails to solve the issue. (I still cannot reach the administration tab in CUPS.)

Mac mini 2018 or later

It looks like you ran several other commands while it was processing the cupsctl command. For me, it took a short bit for it to return to the command prompt.

I believe the % is the default character for the prompt in zsh, but I can't remember. I changed mine almost immediately.

The other part of it is your username and the hostname (Computer name in Sharing System Preferences).
