shortcut for iPhone keypad

Can someone help me create this short cut : when a specific # rings, the keypad shows up when you answer that call. (purpose is to assist a senior to access the keypad quickly to answer the apartment buzzer)

steps: 1. this # rings ### ### #### 2. phone is answered 3. keypad is displayed

The cursor is missing in iPhone dialer. Not able to add numbers in between. Why in iOS we are not able add a number in between in the dialer ? For example, we copy pasted a number on the dialer. Now we want to add a number in the middle. Its not possible. We have to backspace half of the numbers to add that one number in the middle or we have to paste it somewhere else and edit it. Then recopy and paste again. It was there 3-4 years back. The most simple feature but highly needed. Why is no one talking about it. I find no discussions on this topic by anyone.
