iPhone 11 Pro Max Ear speaker doesn’t work

my iPhone 11 Pro Max ear speaker does not work. You can’t hear anything out of it even with the volume turned all the way up. I also have issues when calling other people, my phone breaks up and they can’t understand me sometimes. Even with good cell phone service. Is there a way to fix this or are these issues something I have to go to an Apple store to have fixed? If I have to take it somewhere to fix it, how much will that cost?
