iMessage on my macbook pro

iMessage on my MacBook Pro won't work. It will only deliver messages to some people, and they won't send messages from my phone number, it shows it coming from my iCloud email. How can I sync my iMessages on my phone to my MacBook? And make sure all messages are coming from my phone number?

I did not have this problem before I updated to MacOS Big Sur.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.1
