Fluctuations on [notification] sounds
Why am I experiencing excessively loud sounds at random times? Who else have this problem? (I have iPhone XS with IOs 14.2)

It seems you're finding sometimes notifications are louder than other times, and we want to help.
It's possible this is happening due to Attention Aware features that think your device is not in use. For example, your iPhone will ring louder when it's not in your hand and you're not looking at it but become quiet when you pick it up.
