My laptop wont let me change my "Require Password Settings." I have restarted my laptop many times and i have force quit settings numerous times.
As you can see, i can change all setting except for the one i want to change.
Does anybody know how to fix it?

Do you have any management profiles installed on your Mac? Look for a Profiles button on the main menu of System Preferences.
If a Profiles button appears, please let me know. If you use your Mac for work, your employer may have installed a management profile that requires your password immediately after sleep.
If a Profiles button doesn't appear, let me know and I'll see if I can find the correct steps to resolve the issue.

I think the profile installed on your Mac is the reason why you are unable to change your password lockout setting; it may be enforced by the school system administrator. Take a close look at it and see if it enforces any password requirements.
Could be. I'd have to look more into what supervision means for a Mac (I've heard of it for iOS devices not Mac), but I'm guessing that the profile installed on your Mac is enforcing the password lockout requirement.
Is it possible to inspect the details of the profile? I'm not sure of how to do this (since I don't have any profiles installed on my Mac), but there might be a way.
I purchased the Mac and now take it to school, i used to be able to change the setting until my school got a new WIFI. When i click on profiles, it states the Wifi name and then below it says in red "Unsigned" does that mean anything?

A profile button has appeared and I use my laptop for school and my school has it's own wifi which is showing up when i click the profile icon (I have no idea if that is useful information)
i just took a look and found that is says this at the bottom of the tab, will this be the problem?
Unsigned simply means that the school ad-hoc signed the profile (or made the profile in-house); it isn't properly signed through a certificate authority.
This shouldn't mean anything in terms of what the profile is doing to your Mac.
