iPhone 11 ProX - Temperature warning message and my phone won't unlock/turn off!

I got a Temperature warning message pop up this afternoon. It's been over 8 hours but the message is still there and it won't let me reboot, unlock or answer any calls. Anything I can do to fix this?

iphone 8Plus falsely giving overheating message A few days ago my phone 8 Plus was saying that it is overheating and to cool it down but the actual temperature of the phone was normal and in now way hot or warm. Even in air conditioned areas it would still display it for a few seconds

Keeping iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch within acceptable operating temperatures
