Child’s iPhone Apple ID
How can I access my child’s Apple ID, iClouf, Media & Purchases tab on their iPhone? It is grey. I need to help him change his passcode and insert his Face ID.

You probably have Screen Time Restrictions set to ON.
Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ Account Changes (Also Passcode Changes) : Set these two to ALLOW.
