I am trying to use Apple News but it is not showing up in my Home Screen. It doesn’t even come up when I swipe down to search for it, and when I click “OPEN” in the App Store, it gives me this message:
I have tried to change several things in the Restrictions in Settings, but nothing seems to work. Can somebody help?

I did some research and found out that Apple News is only available in certain countries. I checked “Region” in Settings and realized that my region was set to one of the regions where Apple News is unavailable. I set my region to the US and now it is working. Thank you for your help anyway!

You might try disabling Content and Privacy Restrictions on your iPad - if only temporarily - as this may resolve the problem:
Settings > ScreenTime > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Content & Privacy Restrictions - set to OFF
Okay, with Content & Privacy Restrictions still disabled, a forced restart of the iPad is recommended:
I did try that, but the same error comes up.
