apple fitness and connection
its very confusing how to connect to apple fitness on my watch.... nothing convenient or easy here ..help!

You don't connect on the watch. You start it on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV and it should automatically connect to your watch. Just make sure you are running watch OS 7.2 and iOS 14.3.
