I need to change my payment method - I have added the new card, but I can't delete the old one and my storage monthly bill is still being charged to the old card.

.**Apple will attempt to charge payment methods in order from top to bottom. You can't change the order in which Apple ID balance is charged.

If you have already added and validated a new card you need to make it the primary card; you can then delete the previous card.
