Loop watch band is getting larger.

Is there away to slightly shrink loop watch band? I already switched from a 10 to a 9 which was OK for 1 month, now it feels loose. Any suggestions? Can these be washed? I assume so.

Apple watch series 7 scratches with the strap Hi there, Last week I purchased brand new apple watch series 7 with Milanese loop band (45mm) costing me more than 600 GBP after using it for 6 days, the bottom of the watch is totally scratched with the Milanese band. Is this sort of products offered by apple at such a high price? This is awful.

Yes, you can wash them. No, there's not a way to shrink them. On the website it even states that the solo loop bands may stretch over time.
