Setting up second MacBook Pro as extended monitor

Hello,

I have two MacBook Pro : MacBook Pro (2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports) and MacBook Pro (2017, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports). I want to use one of the MacBooks as an extended monitor.

Can someone tell me if its possible to achieve that and how ?

BobTheFisherman is correct. MacBook pro cannot be used as an additional display due to no display inputs.

In addition, the 2020 MacBook Pro models and beyond no longer support the use of ANY Mac as an external display.

You can use an adapter to your HD TV set, if you don't want to buy another display.
