When I charge my BeatsX the light shows that is charged, but will not power up

When I charge my beastx the light shows that is charged, but will not power up. sometimes it will blink red and white but just briefly. (maybe 2 or 3times. I have tried resetting it by holding down the power and volume buttons at the same time for 10 seconds but to now avail. Is their something else that I can try?
