My iPhone 7 randomly shows “Camera Recently” in the control center when I have not even opened the Camera app for at least a week

My iPhone 7 updated to the latest iOS 14.3 version randomly shows the default Camera app using my camera in the Control Center. Is this a bug with this version of iOS on iPhone 7 or something else I should be concerned about? It has happened 4 times during the last 2 days.

The surprising thing is that the default Camera app is using my camera without my permission. I have now naturally revoked all apps from using the camera but I dont think it matters because if any of those were the culprit the app name should have been shown not the Camera app.

If this is not a bug then has my phone been compromised somehow?
