Facrtory Reset

Hi,

So i wanted to factory reset my computer so i can sell it. Since i didnt know how, i just searched up how to do it online and followed through with it. I think i did something wrong cause now a folder with a question mark just flashes on the screen now.

PLEASE HELP !!
