My find my iPhone app is stuck on the what’s new to the app screen, how do I fix this?
the find my iPhone app is stuck loading on the what’s new to this app screen and just continues loading for several hours now

If it still isn't responding you'll want to remove and reinstall the application. To remove it, just tap and hold on the app icon then select Remove App. After that, go to the App Store, search for "Find My", and redownload the app.
