The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

How can I update this with data

I don’t have WiFi but have data I want the update

You cannot download iOS updates over cellular data. You must use wifi for those updates.
