App Store won’t download apps

I got the iPhone 12 yesterday. T-Mobile did the latest update and everything. But, for some reason, my App Store won’t download any apps. What’s even weirder is that in my App Store settings, when I try and slide the app downloads on, it slides itself off. I use data and the option to download apps using data is on. I’m not in low power mode. I’m just not sure what it could be. Can anyone help?

Hello Hjb1995,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you are not able to download any apps on your iPhone 12.

You've tried some great troubleshooting so far. We recommend making sure that you don't have any restrictions that may be preventing apps from downloading. You would find those from Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions. Check iTunes & App Store particularly to see if installing apps is enabled.

If everything looks good there or you do not have any restrictions enabled, also make sure that you have enough iPhone storage space available. You can check your available storage space from Settings > General > iPhone Storage.

There are some other great troubleshooting steps that can help with most app issues in If you can’t download or update apps on your iPhone or other Apple device. We hope those tips help.

Have a great day!
