Why did my iPhone 12 start buffering every video , very annoying

Blurry videos I noticed that my videos come out glitchy/Blurry as soon as I start recording… I don’t know if this has to do with the update but I hope it can get fixed or if there’s anything I can do to fix that problem?I noticed it on other IPhone users as well.

Usually, the phone measures the throughput of the connection and adjusts buffering to allow for smooth play. Check your connection speed with the speedtest app or similar.
