Weird things happening on my Iphone

There have been weird notifications popping up on my IPhone and weird things happening with it as well. Has anybody ever gotten notifications like these? What does it mean? Why does this happen?

Your phone is locked. Your wallpaper is an image of a screen taken when the phone was unlocked.
