"When your Apple Music membership ends, you will lose access to to your iCloud Music Library, including iCloud Music Library Content that is uploaded to iCloud Music Library servers."

so it may be gone for good. I don't know if Apple has a grace period and if it does, how long it is for.

iTunes is No Longer:

Because iTunes is no longer a part new macOS versions, including Mojave. There is now the TV Application for TV Shows and Movies, and there is now the Music Application for Music.
