If I bought an Apple watch from America ( Series 6 GPS + Cellular), it work outside of America? or there difference like the phone Locked and unlocked ?

• Canada, U.S. Mexico, Puerto Rico
• The rest of the world
Carriers will not attempt to connect to an Apple Watch that does not use the correct radio.
