I subscribe monthly for extra iCloud storage,yet I constantly get emails from apple telling me my 15GB of free storage is full and to buy more storage or emails and photos will not be backed up.l pay for 50GB extra monthly.

Per the screenshot, it's referring to running out of storage on your Google account, not Apple.

Are you certain the emails are legitimately from Apple? Also, are you certain the message is referring to your iCloud storage and not your device storage?
