Problem with E-mails

For weeks I’ve been receiving an e-mail saying Postbox full, I’ve deleted nearly as many emails as I can, I have approximately 20. I can’t send e-mails and as of this morning I’m not receiving emails. I’m not technically minded but looking in the settings my emails are not part of iCloud, also my iCloud storage is fine. Any ideas? (I have an iPad Pro)

Is that message appearing also when you open your email provider mail-site on your computer?

Contact your email provider and ask them.
