Transparent cover iPhone 12 PRO damaged

The transparent cover is very rigid. There is no way to remove it easily. the bottom flaps got scarred after taking out the iphone for the first time. I have found no other method for removing the phone without slightly widening the bottom. The only alternative is to push on the cameras, but I'm afraid of damaging them.

Do you also have the cover marked?

How is it possible that such an expensive product has such an obvious design flaw?

Hi, I asked for support for Apple and replaced my product. In the meantime, I have seen with other users of the same product that they have the same defect as I did. I am sure that when the replacement of my cover comes I will have the same problem again. It's too rigid. I'm not abused. Simply removing it creates small injuries.
