Can I use iTunes to backup my pics from my iPhone automatically when my PC and my iPhone are connected to the same WiFi network?

yes, enable Wi-Fi syncing as described here

Perfect. This works, but I do not see any iTunes WiFi Sync option under Settings > General. Is this deprecated in the recent versions of iTunes/iPhone?
