Emoji are missing

Where are the emoji? Can’t add to email, facebook, anywhere.

iPad Pro, iPadOS 13

If you don't see the emoji keyboard, make sure that it's turned on.

Go to Settings > General and tap Keyboard.
Tap Keyboards, then tap Add New Keyboard.
Tap Emoji.

The problem arose when I added a foreign language keyboard making it my third keyboard. Then the emoji symbol on the far left key on the bottom row disappeared. Now that I have deleted that third keyboard the emoji symbol is back. 😀

Since I bought the iPad Pro 11 inch using iOS 14.2 all emoji are missing. I can’t find on the keyboard.
