Yes.

Command + Shift + 3 will take a screen shot, Command +Shift+ 4 will let you select a specific section.

Both will result in a jpeg.

What App is the booklet in?

If a Screen Capture doesn't work you should be able to Print as... PDF, then convert the PDF to jpg.
