I check both of my account visa and also iTunes account. I notice that visa I’m being charge 880 but in my iTunes account it doesn’t show that I have made any purchase with that amount! What can do with this situation? Do I contact with apple about it to figure this out or do I go to visa?

First determine if it is a real charge on your account, or just a scam phishing message trying to scare you. Phishing messages about big charges pretending to be from Apple are unfortunately very common.
But if it is a real charge on your account, follow the steps in here:

If it is really on your Visa, you better start the dispute process with Visa.

It not on my iTunes account at all. I check several times. But I did check the phone number on my visa which is 800-676-2775 and Apple.com/ca.
I would try to contact Apple first as they have ways to search it. then if they cannot find it then contact your card company. best of luck
