Based on what you have posted so far it is impossible to answer your issue.
Does this happen with all Wi-Fi networks, or one specific network?
In Settings/Wi-Fi is it turned on?
In Settings/Wi-Fi, do you have Ask to Join Networks on?
In Settings/Wi-Fi, tap on the i next to your network name - is Auto-Join turned on?
Is your SSID (network name) unique, or is it the same as another network you sometimes join?
