WhatsApp mic permission

Hello.

I have some problem with mic permission for app, there is no Microphone in Settings for WhatsApp in my iPhone (picture is attached) and thus I can’t calls through the app. But microphone settings are displayed for another apps (e.g.Telegram) in the same time. Could you please help to resolve the problem

Fact that all apps under Microphone settings appear greyed out suggests you have restrictions enabled thus no new app is able to request access to use Mic. Turn off restrictions first then try again to make call in Whatsapp app.

Hello Alina_Mq,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!

We understand from your post that you do not have any microphone permissions available in the settings for WhatsApp. In a situation like this you may need to delete and then reinstall the app so that it will prompt you for permission to your camera and microphone again.
