I just created a new smart mailbox. This will allow me to store/copy all new related emails in this smart mailbox. Now, I would like to move/copy all my old related emails into the new smart box. Is there a way of doing that?

We understand from your post that you would like to include older emails in your Smart Mailbox. As long as the emails include the conditions you selected when creating the Smart Mailbox they will be included.
