I’m trying to download an app and I forgot my password. It used Face ID and still said verify. I verified w/ my iPhone passcode and it’s saying my passcode is wrong when it’s not. How do I fix that

if you have forgot the passcode to your iPhone you can follow this https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204306 if you have forgot the Apple ID password follow this https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201487 hope these help
