Can't make purchases in iTunes

Hello,

I don't know every time I tried to purchase an ap, it keeps saying "For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/. " Please provide assistance.

unable to make purchases with iTunes Hello, I am running iTunes 12.10.11.2 on my windows 7 desktop PC. Computer is fine with no issues. I can log into my account, view/update my account info, and do everything else other than making purchases. The last purchase I made was on Sept 14, 2020.
