I wanted to see how can I go about getting a refund for the 9.99 subscription I paid for for the app BLK I just want to upgrade the subscription please can I get the refund I contacted BLK and they said I need to contact Apple

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
