Is it possible to charge my iPhone 12 pro and Watch with MagSafe Duo using 96W power adaptor of my early 2020 MacBook Pro?

You are referring to the 96W USB-C Power Adapter. YES it can be used to power MagSafe Duo Charger. Note that the Magsafe Duo will still charge your iPhone with the advertised 14W and not any faster. It will charge the iPhone at 14W with a 27W adapter or higher.
