iPhone 11 Black Screen spinning wheel then lock screen

Hi, recently bought new iPhone 11 from apple and it keeps showing black screen spinning wheel and then lock screen with 25% brightness. I’ve noticed it occurs more often when using the picture in picture video player while playing games.

It happened to me sometimes while watching videos or games alone. I got a replacement phone and it’s happening again!!

I’ve tried Resetting to factory settings and restoring from a backup, Rebooting the phone. Nothing works so far.

Please follow the steps in the following link for support with this issue: If your iOS device restarts or displays the Apple logo or a spinning gear unexpectedly

Tried this already, doesn’t work for me :( this is a brand new phone from apple and for £750 I don’t expect these issues. From a 1 year old release none the less. Since even on my iPhone 8+ I never had these problems.
