My personal Apple Watched was paired to my Company's iPhone.
I have returned the iPhone to the company and I have no more access to it, fine.
The problem is that the Apple watch is locked and display a message saying I have to unlock it from my iPhone.
How can I do it?

To remove Activation lock and erase watch;
On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
Go to Find Iphone.
Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase Apple Watch.
Select Next until the device is erased.
Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.
